Artificial intelligence is entering the workplace but under which legal framework?
In this interview, Master Christophe Delmarcelle analyzes the conditions under which an employer can legally impose the use of an AI tool. He also discusses the consequences of such an obligation on data protection (GDPR), the psychosocial impacts on employees, as well as the sanctions an employer may face if AI is imposed outside the legal framework.
