DEL-Law is very happy to contribute by an article co-written by Me Christophe Delmarcelle and Me Camélia Chakroun on the benefits in kind to the collective work of Anthémis "The salary cost of a company" resuming the proceedings of the conference which will take place on 16-9-2021. In said 28p article we tackle some more "exotic" questions, in particular on the calculation of vacation pay, the remuneration for public holidays, the impact of the worker's fuel contribution on the BIK car or the donation of equipment in the context of teleworking.
